Company History

As exclusive agents specialists in lettings and property, we have been trading for 10 years. Our premises are located at: 139 Jesmond Road, 2 mins from city centre just before the Cradlewell Bypass.
Our rented accommodation is of the highest standards and our refurbishment programmes have been so successful we have a list of waiting clients. We specialise in the Jesmond and surrounding areas, letting to students and professionals.

Letting Process Students

Before renting out a property, we require the following:

1. A completed tenant form.
2. A signed parental guarantor form.
3. A Holding Fee of Ł150.00 per tenant- this will be deducted from the first initial payment. Please note the Holding Fee is non-refundable should you decide not to go ahead.
4. An Administration Fee of Ł50.00 each person applies.

Payment required prior to occupancy:
1.First month’s rent: cleared funds for the FULL first month’s rent is required prior to occupancy - thereafter by monthly Standing Order Mandate.
2.One month’s rent as deposit – refundable at the end of the Tenancy subject to a satisfactory Inventory Check Out and returned within 10 days of the check out.
3.First payment due 4 weeks prior to occupancy date.

General Information:
1. All tenancies are drawn up for a minimum 6 months contract, unless other wise agreed.
2. All properties hold a valid CP12 Gas Safety Certificate.
3. All furnishings comply with the Furnishings and Fire Regulations 1993, complies to British Standard and are Fire Resistant.
4. All properties are owned by the company and not individual Landlords.
